The Dallas Knife & Fork Club is one of the oldest and most prestigious dinner clubs in Dallas, Texas, founded in 1924. The 2026-2027 club season will be a celebration of our 103rd anniversary. Indeed, there is something special about The Dallas Knife & Fork Club to enjoy such longevity. Please look at our line-up and join us for a spectacular evening of fine dining and entertainment. The Dallas Knife & Fork Club  is excited to be in our second year meeting at The Park City Club, a renowned private club, where we will host our five exclusive dinner and entertainment evenings with chef inspired three course dinners and outstanding headliner entertainment.  Don’t miss this year’s blockbuster line up of entertainers beginning in November and running through April. The Dallas Knife & Fork Club’s dining and entertainment evening experience starts in the fall on November 18th, 2026, with the legendary Texas Swing Band “Light Crust Doughboys . Founded in 1931 by Bob Wills, This band are among the longest-running bands in the nation. Inducted into multiple Music Halls of Fame, they have also earned eight Grammy Nominations across eight different years.

On January 20th, 2027, the club will feature well known WFAA Sports Anchor Joe Trahan. He brings decades of experience covering the Dallas-Fort Worth sports scene. Since joining the station in 2003, he has become a trusted voice in ocal sports. Joee will share timely insights and bbehind-the-scenes perspectives on DFW teams and headlines.

On February 17th, 2027, Ms. Sarah Blaskovich, Food Writer for the Dallas Morning News, will enlighten us on the hottest new restaurants, her picks for great dinning experiences, the emerging culinary trends and the secrets behind the city’s most enduring establishments.

On March 17th, 2027, Our club will welcome Kendall Payne, Singer, Song-writer and recording artist. First signed to Capitol Records as a teenager, her debut album Jordan’s Sister launched her celebrated career. She and her band will perform beloved hits from the 1960’s, ’70s and ’80s.

Finally, wrapping up this stellar season of dining and entertainment on, April  21st 2027, the Dallas Knife & Fork Club will be entertained by award-winning historian Andrew Torget. He will use his extensive historical knowledge and great story telling prowse to tell the Galveston Texas story from its rise, devastation and rebirth. Andrew has been a featured speaker at Harvard, Stanford, Rice, Duke, Johns Hopkins, and the Library of Congress. 

 

Our events are held on Wednesday nights and feature a social cocktail reception, and a seated three-course dinner with entertainment to follow. Dress for men is black tie or a formal dark suit. Dress for ladies is cocktail attire.
